The VTF collects personal information to provide the following services:

-The 'Gateway Journal' newsletter
-Departmental training requests
-'Contact Us' web form submissions

-University PID

In addition to the information you provide, the VTF may also collect information during your visit to the foundations website which include cookies for session management and preventing abuse of online forms. The foundation also uses some of these tools in connection with its newsletter and therefore may collect information about when you open the email or click on a link contained in the email.

The information the VTF collects is used to measure the overall effectiveness of our site or to satisfy a users request. This may include

The VTF gives you the choice of receiving certain news and fiscal information in the form of a newsletter. Subscription communications includes our email newsletter, the Gateway Journal, that may be expressly requested by you. After you request such communications, you may opt out of receiving them by using one of the following methods:
